Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual YouTube Editor.
Must be able to:
- Assign, edit, and publish new and existing reviews of YouTube channels
- Recruit and manage freelance reviewers
- Evaluate reviews through a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens
Position Requirements Include:
- Background in journalism/online content creation and/or media criticism
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an editorial capacity
- Familiarity with media and pop culture trends, specifically YouTube
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
