Job Summary
Joining a dynamic Virtualization team, the full-time remote Virtualization Engineer II will engineer and maintain solutions for virtualization environments, including managing Open Source Virtualization and VMWare administration for thousands of virtual machines.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Open Source Virtualization and VMWare, supporting a large-scale production environment
- Perform Linux engineering and administration while monitoring and maintaining production operations
- Automate tasks and deploy solutions using IaaS models, including scripting for automation
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a large-scale production environment
- Experience with OpenStack and Ansible
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a computer-related field
- US Citizenship or Green Card Holder
- Familiarity with AI technologies and automation scripting languages such as Python or Go
