Job Summary
To lead and scale the Visier consulting practice, the full-time remote Visier Practice Director will define practice strategy, drive commercial growth, and develop a high-performing team while serving as a trusted advisor to executive clients.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the practice strategy, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CHROs and HR executives, leading strategy sessions and complex transformation engagements
- Recruit and develop a high-performing consulting organization, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in consulting, HR technology, or related fields
- 5+ years leading a consulting practice or significant client-facing team
