Vision Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vision Care Coordinator to facilitate patient care in an outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the care of patients throughout the entire clinical course of treatment
• Perform to the procedural guidelines set forth at the OTC, ophthalmology, and/or optometry clinics

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a social worker, RN, case manager, or health care coordinator required
• Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited college or university
• Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
• Knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in basic word processing, data entry, and automated records
