Job Summary
Providing technical leadership and production support, the remote VistA/MUMPS Sustainment Expert will focus on VistA application sustainment, MUMPS programming, and resolving production issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical guidance for VistA and MUMPS based application sustainment
- Analyze, triage, and resolve VistA defects, incidents, and production issues
- Perform root cause analysis and support Tier 2 and Tier 3 production activities
Required Qualifications
- Significant hands-on experience with VistA application sustainment and MUMPS programming
- Proven experience diagnosing and resolving production defects in critical applications
- Experience with incident triage, defect management, and structured software delivery processes
- Strong understanding of root cause analysis and production issue resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
