Seeking a remote VistA/MUMPS Sustainment Expert, the opportunity focuses on providing technical leadership and production support for VistA-based applications while managing incident resolution and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical guidance for VistA and MUMPS application sustainment
- Analyze, triage, and resolve VistA defects, incidents, and production issues
- Perform root cause analysis and develop defect resolution plans
Required Qualifications:
- Significant hands-on experience with VistA application sustainment and MUMPS programming
- Proven experience diagnosing and resolving production defects in critical applications
- Experience with Tier 2 and Tier 3 production support
- Strong understanding of root cause analysis and structured software delivery processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
