Job Summary
Seeking a VistA/MUMPS Sustainment Expert to provide technical leadership and production support for VistA applications in a remote, full-time capacity, focusing on defect resolution, production issue management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical guidance for VistA and MUMPS based application sustainment
- Analyze, triage, and resolve VistA defects, incidents, and production issues
- Perform root cause analysis and support testing, validation, and deployment activities
Required Qualifications:
- Significant hands-on experience with VistA application sustainment and MUMPS programming
- Proven experience diagnosing and resolving production defects in legacy applications
- Experience with Tier 2 and Tier 3 production support
- Strong understanding of root cause analysis and production issue resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
