Job Summary
Seeking a VistA/MUMPS Sustainment Expert, the remote position will provide technical leadership and production support for VistA-based applications, focusing on defect resolution, incident management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical guidance for VistA and MUMPS application sustainment
- Analyze and resolve VistA defects, incidents, and production issues
- Perform root cause analysis and develop defect resolution plans
Required Qualifications:
- Significant hands-on experience with VistA application sustainment and MUMPS programming
- Proven experience in Tier 2 and Tier 3 production support
- Strong understanding of root cause analysis and production issue resolution
- Experience with application testing, validation, and deployment activities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
