Job Summary
Seeking a remote VistA/MUMPS Sustainment Expert, the full-time position will provide technical leadership and production support for VistA-based applications, focusing on defect resolution, incident management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical guidance for VistA and MUMPS application sustainment
- Analyze, triage, and resolve VistA defects, incidents, and production issues
- Develop and review defect resolution plans, ensuring effective remediation and testing strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Significant hands-on experience with VistA application sustainment and MUMPS programming
- Proven experience diagnosing and resolving production defects in mission-critical applications
- Experience with Tier 2 and Tier 3 production support and incident triage
- Strong understanding of root cause analysis and production issue resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
