Job Summary

A company is looking for a VistA Technical Integrator to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Health Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analyses to assess VistA package capabilities and impacts of modernization
• Document specifications and gather detailed integration requirements
• Assist in enhancing current VistA analysis processes and communicate findings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related field with 15 years of relevant experience; additional 10 years may substitute for education
• Expert-level knowledge of VistA architecture and core applications
• Strong experience supporting high-priority VistA initiatives for the VA
• Expert knowledge of VistA for usage analysis, HL7 analysis, and coding review
• Advanced competence in Microsoft Office Suite
