Visual Design Lead

Job Summary

Leading the visual design direction across complex digital products, the full-time remote Visual Design Lead will guide design vision from concept through execution, ensuring high standards of visual quality and consistency while mentoring design teams and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor visual designers, providing creative direction throughout the design process
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components
• Translate product goals into cohesive, high-quality visual experiences while ensuring consistency and accessibility

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience designing digital products across web, mobile, and responsive platforms
• Proven experience leading and mentoring visual design teams and establishing design standards
• Strong expertise in building and evolving scalable Design Systems
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams on complex product ecosystems
• Solid understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and user-centered design principles
