Job Summary

A company is looking for a Visual Designer - Web.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a team of visual designers to ensure design excellence
• Conceptualize and design high-quality visuals for B2B commercial web properties
• Develop and maintain style guides for consistent web UI/UX

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer, or Web Designer
• Expert proficiency in Figma and knowledge of other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Photoshop)
• Significant experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Prior experience in an enterprise-level organization is preferred
