Job Summary

A company is looking for a Visual Designer to deliver high-quality design solutions for customer requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage tasks while consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
• Address basic questions and concerns within the Customer Success organization, escalating issues as needed
• Engage with the Professional Services team, providing updates on current and upcoming work

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a design-related role or equivalent foundational experience
• Basic proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and project management tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships across disciplines
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines with guidance
• Willingness to pursue learning opportunities and respond constructively to feedback
