Visual Designer

Job Summary

To support a high-profile advertising client, the remote contract Visual Designer will own the visual execution across high-fidelity web experiences and scalable design systems, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to translate wireframes into polished responsive designs using Figma.

Key responsibilities

• Own the visual execution of B2B digital platforms, ensuring high-quality design standards
• Translate UX wireframes and brand systems into high-fidelity visual concepts while building and documenting scalable design systems
• Collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to create effective handoffs that enhance development velocity

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UI, Visual, or Digital Design, particularly with B2B marketing websites
• High proficiency in Figma and modern design tooling, including experience with auto-layout and component libraries
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-forward workflows and modern design processes
• Strong visual craft across typography, layout, color systems, and micro-interactions
• Availability for a flexible 10-20 hour per week schedule aligned to U.S. business hours
