Visual Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Visual Designer will create visual assets for an annual conference, focusing on conference signage, environmental graphics, and event branding while collaborating during West Coast business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets that transition from digital to physical environments, including signage and wayfinding systems
• Manage large-format print production and ensure quality control of deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive branding for events and installations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Visual Design or related fields
• Proven experience in creating visual assets for both digital and physical environments
• Strong understanding of CMYK workflows and print production processes
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma
• Portfolio demonstrating experience with large-format graphics and event branding
