Visual Designer Contract

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Visual Designer- Brand & Design System (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Audit the current visual brand and provide recommendations for preservation, refinement, or replacement
• Design an evolved visual identity that conveys trust and credibility in a healthcare context
• Create a modular, scalable, digital-first design system and apply it to representative touchpoints

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in visual/brand design with a relevant portfolio
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including design tokens and component architecture
• Experience designing modular, scalable visual systems across large product ecosystems
• Deep understanding of accessible design (WCAG 2.1 AA+) for older adult populations
• Experience in the healthcare or regulated industry is strongly preferred
