VMS Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VMS Fulfillment Specialist in the Centralized Solutions category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor dashboards/reports for new orders from selected VMS clients and find candidates to submit to the orders
• Screen, interview, and place candidates on job orders in assigned market or region based on highest demand/need
• Maintain a robust available candidate funnel and re-deploy previously placed associates whenever possible

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume driven environment
• Experience using various technological platforms and dashboards to drive solid decision making
• Strong attention to detail and experience managing complex business requirements simultaneously
• Exemplary customer service skills including ability to maintain professionalism during stressful situations and maintain diplomacy during difficult customer or vendor situations
• Practical experience and comfort with using Microsoft Office products
