Job Summary

A company is looking for a VMS Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and configure multiple VMS tools
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve cases reported by users
Consult with internal and external software product development

Required Qualifications:

2+ years' experience in IT, database management, or systems administration
2+ years' experience using a VMS tool
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Beeline Level II Certification (preferred)
SAP Fieldglass Config Manager (preferred)
