VMS Technology Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading the technology management function for the Beeline VMS system, the full-time VMS Technology Supervisor will own the global technology roadmap, oversee platform integrations, and drive continuous improvement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage the global technology roadmap and strategy for the Beeline VMS platform
• Oversee platform integrations, back-office design, and documentation of business processes
• Lead global technology operations, ensuring effective support and coverage across all regions

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience with VMS technology, preferably Beeline
• Strong understanding of VMS systems, integrations, and architectural frameworks
• Business acumen to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives
• Experience supporting global/multi-region operations, including EMEA, APAC, and Americas
• Knowledge of back-office technology design and business process flow
