VMware Cloud Foundation Architect

Job Summary

Responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) solutions, the full-time remote VMware Cloud Foundation Architect will lead architecture, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9 core components, including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and SDDC Manager
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess business and technical requirements, translating them into scalable VCF 9 architectures
• Develop high-level design documentation and provide architectural oversight throughout delivery

Required Qualifications

• Active or recent VMware certification in VCP-VCF, VCP-DCV, VCP-NV, or related track with VCF 9 experience
• Proven experience architecting and delivering VCF environments at enterprise scale
• Deep understanding of compute, storage, networking, and software-defined data center (SDDC) architecture principles
• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead complex technical initiatives
