VMware Infrastructure Specialist
Job Summary
To support complex infrastructure environments, the full-time VMware Infrastructure Specialist will analyze and solve technical issues, design and integrate systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, and cloud environments to recommend and implement solutions
- Plan and integrate end-to-end infrastructure solutions across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments
- Coordinate project delivery with Architects, Project Managers, and Technicians, ensuring quality and timely results
Required qualifications
- Deep expertise in VMware technology areas such as cloud computing and systems engineering
- Hands-on experience in software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems
- Enterprise IT application experience
- Specific knowledge within the VMware support environment and OS configuration layer
