Vocational Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vocational Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Social Security disability beneficiaries in the Ticket to Work program
• Conduct comprehensive vocational assessments and develop individualized work plans
• Coordinate vocational rehabilitation services and monitor client progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in vocational evaluation, counseling, social work, or related field; Master's level preferred
• 2+ years of experience in vocational rehabilitation or disability employment services preferred
• Knowledge of Social Security work incentives and the Ticket to Work program
• Must meet all vocational case management eligibility requirements of the state/jurisdiction of hire
• Reliable internet connection required
