Vocational Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vocational Case Manager to support the Vocational Recovery Services program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases in accordance with Vocational Recovery standards and maintain communication with all stakeholders
• Complete accurate and timely documentation and reports, ensuring the implementation of case management plans
• Provide ongoing support, counseling, and vocational assessments to assist clients in returning to work

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or a similar field preferred
• Minimum of one national board certification required at time of hire (e.g., LRC, CRC, CDMS, CVE)
• Must meet state jurisdictional eligibility requirements for vocational case management
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and state/local regulations preferred
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office
