Voice Administrator with ITAR Compliance

Job Summary

To ensure reliable communication services, the full-time Voice Administrator with ITAR Compliance will configure, install, and maintain Avaya Aura platforms and Cisco voice solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, install, and support Avaya Aura solutions and Cisco voice environments
• Perform MAC requests for telephony devices and administer voicemail systems
• Troubleshoot telephony issues and monitor system performance across platforms

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Avaya Aura platforms and Cisco Call Manager
• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP protocols, and telephony infrastructure
• Experience managing voicemail systems such as Avaya Messaging and Cisco Unity
• Proven troubleshooting skills for voice quality and device provisioning issues
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams
