Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex health plan workflows into conversational AI agent scripts
• Design and build dialogue flows while leveraging AI tools for efficiency
• Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure clinical safety and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in health insurance, payor, PBM, or value-based care environments
• Experience in designing multi-turn conversational experiences or structured content
• Proven ability to deliver high-volume outputs in fast-paced environments
• Ability to communicate clinical requirements to technical teams
• Familiarity with LLM-based agent frameworks and healthcare data standards is a plus
