Voice AI Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of innovative AI solutions, the full-time remote Senior AI Engineer specializing in Voice AI will design and build real-time conversational voice systems, develop orchestration layers, and improve workflows across various AI functionalities.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build voice AI systems for real-time conversational user experiences
- Develop and maintain AI orchestration layers, including agent workflows and state management
- Architect and improve workflows for speech-to-text, LLM reasoning, and text-to-speech functionalities
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience building and shipping voice AI or real-time conversational AI systems in production
- Strong understanding of voice system challenges, including latency and conversation flow
- Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic
- Proficient in Python, including async frameworks and API development
- Strong SQL skills and experience building ETL pipelines and data workflows
