Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
• 7+ years of ML software development experience in voice AI or speech processing
• Proven track record of deploying Agentic Voice AI solutions at scale
• Deep expertise in ASR, TTS, and S2S model development
• Proficiency in Python, Java/Kotlin, SQL, and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
