Job Summary
A company is looking for a Voice Architect to design, implement, and support voice architecture solutions, with expertise in SIP, Client, and on-premises to cloud migration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop robust voice architecture solutions incorporating SIP, Client, and on-premises to cloud migration strategies
- Lead the implementation of voice architecture projects, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect comprehensive voice solutions that meet business objectives and technical requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in voice architecture design and implementation, with a focus on SIP, Client, and cloud migration
- In-depth knowledge of contact center technologies and integration methodologies
- Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, UDP, and RTP
- Experience with VoIP platforms and telephony systems
