Voice Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Voice Backend Software Engineer with expertise in Node.js and Java, this fully remote position will involve designing, developing, and deploying backend software solutions while providing technical guidance and optimizing database performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in backend development, code reviews, and architectural discussions
• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend software solutions using Node.js and Java
• Architect and optimize relational database schemas and ensure data integrity and performance

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in developing backend services and APIs using Node.js and Java
• Strong proficiency in Java development for backend applications
• Deep understanding of the Linux operating system and its ecosystem
• Proficient in writing complex and optimized SQL queries
• Experience with contact center voice technology and platforms such as Genesys or Cisco
