Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voice Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Teams Voice solutions and integrate with AudioCodes and Ribbon SBCs
Administer and optimize Avaya VoIP systems, including setup, configuration, and maintenance
Configure and troubleshoot AudioCodes and Ribbon SBCs for secure voice routing and performance optimization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in voice engineering, focusing on Microsoft Teams Voice and Avaya VoIP systems
Expert-level knowledge of VoIP protocols and technologies (SIP, RTP, QoS)
Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, Avaya VoIP systems, and SBCs
Proficiency in network infrastructure concepts related to voice services
