Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voice Communications Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and screen all incoming and outgoing calls for proper routing and provide directory assistance
  • Place and record outgoing calls for hospital personnel and assist patients with dialing instructions
  • Operate telecommunication systems and provide paging services, including emergency procedures


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • A minimum of 1 year of Call Center or telephone operator experience, or 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Understanding of networking and client/server configuration principles
  • Excellent knowledge of messaging technology
  • Project management skills
