Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voice Communications Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and screen all incoming and outgoing calls for proper routing and provide directory assistance
Place and record outgoing calls for hospital personnel and assist patients with dialing instructions
Operate telecommunication systems and provide paging services, including emergency procedures

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma
A minimum of 1 year of Call Center or telephone operator experience, or 2 years of Customer Service experience
Understanding of networking and client/server configuration principles
Excellent knowledge of messaging technology
Project management skills
