Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound calls and verify information using online databases
• Complete enrichment tasks as defined by the client, including data entry and vendor resource verifications
• Ensure timely and quality execution of assigned tasks

Required Qualifications

• Experience in an outbound/inbound call center or related customer service experience
• Available to work 40 hours per week starting immediately
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Can support a work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection
• Computer-savvy candidates are preferred
