Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer specializing in Voice & Contact Center technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design, testing, and deployment of Voice infrastructure including IVR and VoIP components
  • Gather technical requirements, develop low-level designs, and implement solutions for customers
  • Conduct technical briefings, develop system documentation, and build integrations with related contact center solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Voice engineering, preferably with contact center technologies
  • Strong knowledge of IVR and Contact Center technology
  • In-depth knowledge of Session Border Controllers, SIP Servers, and VoIP protocols
  • Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and SIP proxies
  • Expert knowledge in configuring Asterisk and FreeSWITCH
