Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Voice Engineer on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement Microsoft TEAM's and Genesys Cloud infrastructure
Manage the migration and consolidation of voice networks while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Troubleshoot voice-related issues and provide technical support to end-users

Required Qualifications

Cisco or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-720, CCNA Voice, CCNP Voice, CCIE Voice) are preferred
Proven experience as a Voice Engineer with strong knowledge of Microsoft TEAMs and Cisco voice technologies
In-depth knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager and related technologies
Experience with voice gateways, SIP trunking, and voice codecs
Familiarity with network security principles and best practices
