Voice Engineer

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the full-time Voice Engineer will manage the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of voice services and infrastructure while collaborating with a skilled team to enhance voice solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Securely configure and manage Sipcom voice solutions and platforms
• Provide escalated support for voice applications and infrastructure, ensuring effective monitoring and response to key alarms
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to design solutions that meet customer needs and document configuration processes

Required qualifications

• Experience with voice technology and extensive knowledge of SIP
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
• Experience with PSTN integration for cloud UC platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
• In-depth troubleshooting skills using tools like VOIP Monitor and Wireshark
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple project tasks
