Voice Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
Completing telephony projects for new and existing clients, the full-time Voice Implementation Specialist will manage number porting processes, maintain telephony inventory, and serve as a liaison with carriers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Implement IT projects related to Teams Voice and manage number porting processes
- Coordinate with carriers, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes
- Maintain documentation of porting activities and assist in the completion of support handoff requirements
Required qualifications
- Strong understanding of LNP processes and carrier service contracts
- 2-4+ years of experience working with telephony carriers
- Proven ability to manage timelines and communicate effectively across teams and vendors
- Basic knowledge of traditional telephony, E911 regulations, and telecom billing
- Familiarity with modern VoIP systems, particularly Teams or 8x8
