Job Summary

To support a long-term project for a major tech client, the full-time Voice & Insights Manager will measure and analyze agent experience, translating feedback into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and conduct agent surveys, analyze open-text feedback, and develop reporting to connect agent sentiment with content quality and business outcomes
  • Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate data analysis, identify themes across large volumes of feedback, and surface insights efficiently
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders by communicating clear, compelling recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in research, analytics, insights, or voice-of-user roles
  • Experience using AI tools for research synthesis, theme analysis, or reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to design surveys and analyze qualitative feedback at scale
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with dashboards, metrics, and trends
  • Proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations
