Job Summary
A company is looking for a Voice of the Customer (VoC) Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer feedback collection and ensure data integrity for the VoC program
- Analyze customer feedback data to identify trends and develop predictive models
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards on customer satisfaction metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-brand or retail environment
- Experience with Customer Experience Platforms such as InMoment, Medallia, and Qualtrics
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools
- Experience with VoC platforms, survey methodologies, and sentiment analysis
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for understanding customer behavior
