Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voice of the Customer (VoC) Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer feedback collection and ensure data integrity for the VoC program
  • Analyze customer feedback data to identify trends and develop predictive models
  • Assist in creating reports and dashboards on customer satisfaction metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-brand or retail environment
  • Experience with Customer Experience Platforms such as InMoment, Medallia, and Qualtrics
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools
  • Experience with VoC platforms, survey methodologies, and sentiment analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for understanding customer behavior
