Job Summary
A company is looking for a Voice of the Customer Operations Analyst who will transform customer feedback into actionable insights to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and optimization of the Voice of Customer (VOC) listening strategy
- Analyze survey data and customer metrics to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain VOC and CX dashboards for tracking customer sentiment and performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in VOC, CX, customer insights, analytics, or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with VOC programs, including survey design
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI/visualization tools
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
