Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voice of the Customer Operations Analyst who will transform customer feedback into actionable insights to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and optimization of the Voice of Customer (VOC) listening strategy
  • Analyze survey data and customer metrics to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain VOC and CX dashboards for tracking customer sentiment and performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in VOC, CX, customer insights, analytics, or marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience with VOC programs, including survey design
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI/visualization tools
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
