Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voice of the Customer Operations Analyst who will transform customer feedback into actionable insights to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation, deployment, and optimization of the Voice of Customer (VOC) program
  • Analyze customer feedback data to uncover trends and provide actionable recommendations
  • Develop and maintain VOC dashboards for tracking customer sentiment and experience performance


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in VOC, CX, customer insights, analytics, or marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience with VOC programs, including survey design
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in survey data and performance metrics
  • Experience translating business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams
