Key Responsibilities
  • Establish customer advisory boards and facilitate product engagement and insights
  • Support community-led product launches by collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS in business, marketing, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in product marketing, community marketing, or customer advocacy
  • Experience in marketing financial software or AP/AR automation is a plus
  • Strong event management experience with end-to-end logistics
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
