Key Responsibilities
- Establish customer advisory boards and facilitate product engagement and insights
- Support community-led product launches by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Create structured feedback loops to gather product insights and trends
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in business, marketing, or related field
- 3 years of experience in product marketing, community marketing, or customer advocacy
- Experience in marketing financial software or AP/AR automation is a plus
- Strong event management experience with end-to-end logistics
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
