Driving the roadmap for call experience quality, the full-time remote Voice Product Manager will manage voice workflows, partner with engineering teams, and define product metrics to enhance AI-driven logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap for call experience, focusing on voice quality, latency, and interruption handling
• Own and prioritize the voice workflow portfolio based on customer feedback and internal signals
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop AI-driven agents and improve product functionality

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product management or related industry experience, preferably with voice products
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills
• Hands-on experience with prototyping and data analysis related to voice products
