Voice Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing key voice client projects, the full-time remote Project Manager will coordinate team efforts, mentor members, and ensure high-quality project delivery in the information technology sector focused on voice technology.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to create and manage project plans, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
• Serve as a primary contact for project teams, setting expectations and tracking project status while generating management reports
• Perform quality control throughout project development, making recommendations and adjustments as necessary to meet project goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, network engineering, management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of five years of customer-facing project management experience in the information technology sector, particularly with voice technology
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
• Intermediate knowledge of data networks and hosted voice applications required; BroadSoft platform experience preferred
• Strong interest in technical products and solutions, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
