Voice Provisioning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voice Provisioning and MACD Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and complete Voice MACD orders with high accuracy and within defined SLAs
• Provision and manage new Voice service installations and provide day-of-install support
• Perform troubleshooting for customer-facing Voice services and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in provisioning or supporting Voice or telecommunications services
• Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies and Voice service concepts
• Ability to manage multiple orders or projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with internal systems and carrier portals
• Customer-focused mindset with effective escalation management skills
