Key Responsibilities
  • Define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of voice technology products
  • Manage strategic product vision, discovery, roadmaps, and backlog
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute go-to market and communication strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in project management and managing senior management expectations
  • Experience in customer journey mapping
  • High expertise in telephony systems such as Avaya, Amazon Connect, Cisco, or Genesys
  • Comprehensive understanding of call center operations and call routing design
  • Familiarity with data querying languages like SQL, MySQL, or R
