VOIP Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VOIP Engineer (Vulnerability, Patching, and Hardening).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on vulnerability remediation, patching, upgrades, and secure configuration hardening for Voice over Internet Protocol platforms
• Execute upgrades and patching for voice platforms and supporting servers under formal change control
• Maintain remediation metrics and support service level agreement reporting

Required Qualifications

• Four or more years of direct, hands-on Voice over Internet Protocol engineering experience in enterprise environments
• Experience executing production upgrades and changes with validation and rollback planning
• Hospital information technology experience strongly preferred
• Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice or equivalent are highly desirable
