VoIP Integration Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VoIP Integration Engineer, Public Safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly available 911 Infrastructure as part of a real-time communication team
• Configure and troubleshoot the Novel Emergency Communication Platform
• Onboard new customers and provide technical support for 911 emergency communications systems

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with VoIP architecture and open-source UC deployment
• 3+ years of experience in solutions deployment of open-source VoIP solutions
• 3+ years of networking experience with knowledge of the OSI model
• Good understanding of Linux environments and bash scripting
• Hands-on experience with deployment on Private and Public network/security clouds (AWS)
