VoIP Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VoIP Network Engineer to join a telecommunications and networking team supporting Tier 1 carrier-grade environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and integrate VoIP and IP networking products in lab and production environments
• Lead lab evaluations of new software and hardware for deployment readiness
• Provide support for high-impact projects, including fault isolation and issue resolution

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Network Engineer, preferably with Tier 1 carriers
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and obtain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance
• Strong expertise in Layer 3 routing protocols and IP networking
• Hands-on experience with VoIP technologies and their interaction with Layer 3 networks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
