VoIP Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VoIP Network Engineer to design and build core voice services and integrations for enhanced performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the architectural framework for telecommunication systems, ensuring availability and security
• Design and create VoIP services for integration with company platforms while improving performance and efficiency
• Debug and troubleshoot issues at scale, contributing to deployment and automation tools

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Networking/System Administration, or related field with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience with SIP messaging, VoIP infrastructure, and at least two SBC vendors
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipeline deployment
• Familiarity with cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Bash, or Go, and telecom compliance standards
