Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire phone system implementation process, ensuring successful customer setup
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to phone systems and VOIP hardware/software
  • Create and update technical documentation and collaborate with teams to improve connectivity issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in VOIP support with a proven ability to manage escalated issues
  • Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing and resolving phone and VOIP-related technical issues
  • Foundational understanding of basic networking concepts relevant to voice communications
  • Proven ability to document technical fixes and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Experience with enterprise-grade VOIP platforms is a plus
