Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist, VOIP.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire phone system implementation process, ensuring successful customer setup
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to phone systems and VOIP hardware/software
- Create and update technical documentation and collaborate with teams to improve connectivity issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in VOIP support with a proven ability to manage escalated issues
- Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing and resolving phone and VOIP-related technical issues
- Foundational understanding of basic networking concepts relevant to voice communications
- Proven ability to document technical fixes and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Experience with enterprise-grade VOIP platforms is a plus
